Select Access MTU Network to connect to the VPN using Internet Explorer.Log in to with your Michigan Tech Account Name credentials using Internet Explorer.Select the checkboxes Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 to make sure they are enabled.Scroll down to the Security section at the bottom of the settings list.Select Tools > Internet options > Advanced.Open Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Edge, from the Windows Start Menu.Reset Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Edge, using the instructions from the Microsoft support article Change or Reset Internet Explorer Settings.Uninstall the the two BIG-IP Edge entries from Start > Add or Remove Programs.If the client is not connecting or may be stuck on the Initializing stage, please use the following steps.
